About Me

Hi, I'm Anna Luiza, a therapist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I created this space to support people who feel overwhelmed—by life, by others, and often by themselves.

I have a special fondness for supporting women who face the challenge of balancing career, studies, family, relationships, and self-care.
But what truly motivates me is helping those who feel they are always trying to handle everything and yet realize that something inside is not at peace.

I believe that therapy is a necessary pause; a space to breathe, listen to oneself, and learn to deal with emotions in a lighter and more conscious way. In my practice, I use the principles of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to transform thoughts and behaviors into tools for self-knowledge, clarity, and real change.

When I'm not seeing patients, I enjoy surfing, being outdoors, drinking coffee, and immersing myself in books about human behavior and literary classics—small breaks that also remind me to practice what I teach: self-care, mindfulness, and lightness.
