My Approach
My practice is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an approach that seeks to understand how our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors connect—and how small changes in this relationship can lead to significant life transformations.
But above all, I believe that each person is unique, and that taking care of the mind goes far beyond the cognitive aspect.
I see the patient as a whole and holistic being, in which body, mind, and even soul are intertwined. Therefore, I like to pay close attention to all aspects of their life: routine, sleep, diet, movement, relationships, and purpose.
More than treating symptoms, my work seeks to understand what lies behind them — the stories, patterns, and contexts that shape how you live and relate to yourself.
I believe that the therapeutic process is a space for self-knowledge and reconstruction: a path to developing awareness, presence, and balance between what you think, feel, and do.
